Ola’s Mega Storage Move: 20 GWh Deal with Axis Energy

Ola Electric Mobility Ltd has announced a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Axis Energy to explore deploying up to 20 GWh of battery energy storage systems (BESS) by 2032.

The agreement represents the inaugural commercial alliance for Ola Mahashakti, the company's dedicated energy storage platform engineered for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications. Scheduled for official launch on August 15, the platform addresses growing grid-scale storage demand and establishes a key long-term growth driver for Ola Electric’s broader clean energy ecosystem.
